April 2026 Update Roundup: Make Daily Communication Easier

When you are running a full calendar and juggling daily updates, the last thing you need is extra rework. These updates are focused on speed, clarity, and reducing the “is this still accurate?” moments.

Recently released 

Messaging improvements designed for day-to-day operators are now available:

1. Cleaner message formatting

   We resolved an issue affecting line breaks and header styling, so messages look the way you intended when residents read them.

2. Duplicate a published message (faster reuse)

   Staff using Wellzesta Active can now duplicate an already published message, then quickly edit and repost it. This makes it easier to reuse recurring announcements (transportation changes, dining reminders, weekly event promos) without starting from scratch.

3. Message expiration times (keep notices current)

   You can now set an Expiration Time on Messages and Alerts so time-sensitive notices automatically disappear when they are no longer needed. This helps prevent outdated information from lingering and reduces confusion.

4. “Just Ask” (Global Search): AI-powered search in the Life app helps residents find information faster, reducing “where do I find that?” questions by making self-service easier.
