This opportunity offers compensation in the form of room and board (attractive campus on over 240 acres, cottages, apartments, and villa buildings - all with multiple dining venues and wellness amenities.)
Here’s the opportunity: We recently began using new marketing & engagement software for our future & prospective residents. The initial engagement data is extremely promising and now we’re looking for someone like you to help us grow the program.
You’ll curate, create, and publish ‘lifestyle’ content via software platform directly to our end users (future & prospective residents). You’ll onboard more end users as we ramp up our usage of the program. You’ll liaise with Wellzesta - our technology partner - to learn best practices. You’ll think of creative ways to encourage end users to share content and engage with our sales team.
At the end of this internship, you’ll have an unmatched understanding of how organic marketing channels contribute to the overall engagement & sales strategies. Plus you will have the unique opportunity to live in an attractive, inclusive, intergenerational environment.
Here’s the candidate we have in mind:
You’re comfortable diving deep into something new - in this case, a software program - to learn best practices, apply them, and improve upon them where possible.
- You have an eye for content: what audiences will enjoy, what they’ll engage with, and what they’ll share with one another.
- You’re focused and keep projects moving ahead.
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in marketing through various channels.
- You’re passionate about serving Elders / senior living industry.
