# March 2026 Update Roundup: Making Engagement Easier for Residents and Staff

When a community is trying to increase event participation and reduce staff frustrations, the small things add up fast. Clearer event visibility. Fewer “is this updated?” moments. Better support when someone gets stuck.

Here are the latest Wellzesta updates, plus what we are building next:

### Recently released

#### Apple Calendar syncing

Event changes in Wellzesta now stay up to date in Apple Calendar automatically. This reduces the manual back-and-forth that often happens when schedules change.

#### Image Gallery (up to 8 additional images per message)

You can now attach up to 8 additional images to a single message. This makes it easier to share richer community updates, recaps, and announcements without splitting information across multiple posts.

#### Private Events (staff visibility fix)

We resolved an issue where private events were not visible to staff in Wellzesta Active. Staff can now reliably view these events as expected.

#### Event Visibility (staff browsing in Life)

Staff using Wellzesta Life can now see events for all User Categories when browsing the Life app. This improves visibility across the community and reduces missed events caused by category limitations.

#### Wellness Points (check-in assignment fix)

We fixed an issue affecting how wellness points were assigned to event participants who were checked in by staff using Wellzesta Active.

#### Wellzesta Life App Support (updated design + search)

The App Support section has been refreshed with an updated design and improved search capabilities, making it faster to find help when questions come up.
