The AI capabilities make the search more intelligent, or "smart." Smart search finds content that would typically escape detection by classic search methods. Smart search introduces meaning, unlike classic search. In classic search, a word like "dining" is just a word, not a concept associated with food, meals, dinner, lunch, or culinary. The image below shows smart search at work in the documents section of Wellzesta Life. The search expression, "paying for dinner" pulls up documents that do not contain the words "pay" or "dinner," but relate to the cost associated with dining.  Wellzesta Life offers that highest level of resident engagement in the senior living industry. Smart search improves the performance of Wellzesta Life and is now available at no additional cost as part of the Wellzesta Life subscription.
